Terms of Use

1. Parties and scope

These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using the corporate website and the Bera Alanya and Bera Konya hotel websites (the "Site") operated by Bera Turizm İnşaat Seyahat Tic. A.Ş. ("Bera Turizm"). Anyone who visits or uses the Site (the "User") is deemed to have read and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides information about Bera Hotels, our hotels, rooms, services, campaigns, career opportunities and corporate announcements, and supports transactions such as reservations, contact requests, job applications and newsletter subscriptions.

3. Accuracy of information

Care is taken to keep the content on the Site current and accurate. Room features, amenities, images, campaigns and prices are provided for information and may change without notice. Images are representative. The binding price and conditions are those presented to you and confirmed when the reservation is completed. Seasonal amenities (such as the pool, beach, restaurants and activities) may be limited by weather, maintenance or operational reasons.

4. Reservations and third-party services

Reservations made through the Site are processed by the online reservation infrastructure and are subject to the reservation, payment, cancellation and refund conditions presented during booking. Those conditions take priority over this text for that reservation. Payments are made through secure payment services. Bera Turizm does not store your card details.

The Site may link to third-party services and other websites, such as live support, maps, social media and the reservation engine. The relevant providers are responsible for the content, security and privacy practices of those services.

5. Intellectual property

All text, photographs, videos, logos, the "Bera" and "Bera Hotels" trademarks, design, software and other content on the Site belong to Bera Turizm or its licensors and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and Law No. 6769 on Industrial Property. Except for personal, non-commercial use, this content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published or used commercially without the written permission of Bera Turizm. Members of the press may use the materials in the Media and Press Releases sections with attribution.

6. User obligations

The User agrees to use the Site in accordance with the law and these terms. In this context, the User:

• will give accurate and current information that belongs to them in forms, and is authorised to do so when giving information for someone else;
• will not do anything that endangers the security of the Site, disrupts its operation or places an excessive load on it (including uploading malware, attempting unauthorised access, automated data collection and similar acts);
• will not send content through the Site that is unlawful, misleading, insulting or infringes the rights of others.

If these rules are breached, Bera Turizm reserves the right to restrict that user's access to the Site and to take legal action.

7. Limitation of liability

Bera Turizm takes due care so that the Site operates continuously and without error. It is not liable for interruptions and delays caused by maintenance, technical failure, internet infrastructure or third-party services, or for indirect damage arising from use or unavailability of the Site, except where liability cannot be limited by law (intent and gross negligence).

8. Personal data and cookies

Information about personal data processed when the Site is used is set out in the notices on the KVKK and GDPR pages. Information about cookies is set out in the Cookie Policy and the Cookie Notice.

9. Accessibility

We work so that everyone can use the Site. Details and ways to send feedback are set out in the Accessibility Statement.

10. Changes

Bera Turizm may update these Terms of Use when needed. The current text takes effect on the date it is published on the Site. Please check this page regularly before you continue to use the Site.

11. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Konya have jurisdiction. Users who are consumers keep the right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer.
