Data we process

Full name, email address, phone number if you choose to give one, the hotel you select, the subject and your message. The phone number is optional. Do not write special-category data, such as health, religion or trade-union membership, in the message. The form does not ask for it.

Purpose, method and legal basis

The data is collected electronically through this form so your feedback, suggestion, complaint, question or reservation request can be passed to the relevant hotel or head office and answered. It is not used to send marketing. The legal basis is Article 5(2) of Law No. 6698, whichever limb fits the request: a contract or steps before a contract, a legal duty, establishing or protecting a right, or our legitimate interest in answering you without harming your fundamental rights. Explicit consent is not required.

Transfers

The message is shared with the authorised staff of the hotel or head office you select, within the same controller. The site is hosted abroad, so sending the message through that infrastructure is a transfer outside Turkey. It may also be disclosed to public authorities or courts when the law requires it. The data is not sold for advertising.

Retention

The correspondence is kept for as long as needed to conclude your request and for any statutory retention or limitation period that applies. It is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

You may ask whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, and use the other rights in Article 11 of the Law by applying to the controller.
